Nº.0 Intensive Bond Building Hair Treatment does not need to be applied to clean hair. OLAPLEX recommends using your discretion if there is buildup and if the hair needs to be cleansed first.
Apply Nº.0 Intensive Bond Building Hair Treatment to dry hair, in sections from roots to ends. Hair does not need to be saturated; rather, the product should be evenly distributed like a primer.
OLAPLEX recommends leaving Nº.0 Intensive Bond Building Hair Treatment in the hair for 10 minutes before applying Nº.3 Hair Perfector™ directly on top (no need to rinse first).
